Elizabeth Long, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage (couple) and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience working with individuals and couples across the age continuum. Having worked in outpatient, home, and community-based positions, as well as in multiple school settings, I’m well-versed in working with youth and adolescents with the support of their families as well as with adults from all walks of life.

I received my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Purdue University and am active in continuing to enhance my clinical skills. I believe in a person-centered approach and work to incorporate on-going feedback from clients to ensure they are getting the most from their services in an inclusive, flexible, and collaborative setting.

I have specialized training in working with couples and individuals in the immediate aftermath of a crises or traumatic experiences. I also have an extensive history in helping people from all walks of life navigate transitions, depression, anxiety, and familial stressors.

I am driven by the mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and empower everyone to identify and utilize their strengths as well as the power of connection to move their lives in the direction that is best for them.
