Sarah Albert, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker who loves helping to bring restoration, healing, and creating safe spaces for all ages to come and be known. I earned my Bachelor's degree in social work from Indiana Wesleyan University and Master's from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have experience in a variety of mental health settings including; schools, international work, home based therapy, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families to foster healing, safety, growth, and connection. It is my goal to create a space to explore emotions, discover the depth of one’s own story, and encourage empowerment. I take a strength based and holistic approach.

I specialize in trauma focused therapy and maintain a certificate in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have witnessed clients overcome difficult experiences and become “unstuck.” Issues I often help address are trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, stress, life adjustment, behavioral concerns, stress management, mood disorders, and relational distress.

My hope when you enter our practice is that you feel welcomed, seen, safe, and free to be.
