Bridget Greulach, LCSW
ExperienceMany of the people that I see are at differing stages, transitions, struggles, and journeys within their lives. Each of you have a unique set of needs and personal journey that prompted you to take this step. I have over 22 years of experience and work with the ages of 17 and up. I provide a safe, supportive, confidential, and trusting environment that allows you to express, explore, or gain desired insight into yourself, others, your relationships or what your personal identified therapy journey may entail.
I work primarily with individuals in the areas of: anxiety, depression, prenatal, perinatal, postpartum, midlife changes, including perimenopause and menopause, mood disorders, grief and loss, parenting stress, family changes, life changes, social struggles, adjustment difficulties, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, self-worth and other various areas of focus.
Taking the first step towards therapy, for some, can be hard. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, seen and understood. My experience spans across a variety of settings including: schools, home-based and inpatient setting. I will meet toy where you are in your journey, tailoring the therapy and modalities to your identified goals and desired outcomes.
