Experience

I have been working in the mental health field since 2012 and bring over a decade of clinical experience to my practice. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults across various stages of life, including transitions related to adulthood, relationships, and parenthood. Life changes often bring emotional and practical challenges. I support clients as they navigate these adjustments with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as financial stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship and family challenges, fertility or adoption issues, and grief or loss.

In 2019 I became a Certified Financial Therapist™ (CFT-I™) and a major focus of my work with financial therapy is addressing the emotional complexities surrounding money. Financial therapy explores the cognitive, emotional, behavioral, relational, and economic aspects of financial well-being; bridging the gap between mental health and finances. I began my career as an educator before becoming a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Certified Financial Therapist™ (CFT-I™). My professional training includes financial therapy, depression and anxiety treatment, Brainspotting, behavioral addictions, and eating disorders. I take a collaborative and individualized approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the client or family while supporting healthy communication, strong relationships, and personal growth.
