Mary Francisco, LCAC, LCSW
Experience
With over 17 years of experience as a clinical therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s many transitions. Seasons of change—whether entering motherhood, navigating relationship challenges, or facing unexpected life shifts—can feel overwhelming, but they can also be opportunities for growth, healing, and deeper understanding.
I work with adults and couples, with a special focus on helping new mothers adjust to the emotional, relational, and identity changes that often accompany this season of life. I also am a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist and Certified in Brainspotting, approaches that help clients deepen connection, improve communication, and process experiences that may feel difficult to put into words. I am also trained in Perinatal Mood Disorders, through Postpartum Support International.
My approach is warm and collaborative, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they gain clarity and move toward meaningful change. For clients who desire it, I also offer the option of integrating faith into the therapeutic process, honoring the important role spirituality can play in healing and personal growth.
