Sarah Albert, LCSW
Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about witnessing restoration, healing, freedom, and overall well-being grow in the lives of others. I bring nearly 10 years of experience across a variety of mental health settings, including schools, international work, home-based therapy, residential treatment, and outpatient counseling.
Throughout my work, I have had the privege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they pursue healing, safety, growth, and deeper connection. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where individuals can explore their emotions, understand the depth of their personal story, and grow in confidence and empowerment.
I have seen many clients move through difficult experiences and find ways to become "unstuck" from the challenges life brings. Areas I commonly help address include trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transitions, behavioral concerns, stress management, mood disorders, and relational distress.
